  • "We had some issues with our drawers so Kent Moore sent Austin. Since it was hardware issue, he had to replace all the rails. Because we have about 30 drawers, we thought it's gonna take about 4hrs. But he finished them within 2.5hrs and it surprised us. After he finished them, he wanted to make sure if I am satisfied and I was more than happy! He understood what irritated on me and fixed all the problems that bothered me. Not only those better drawers but he's exceptional professionalism made me pleased; he listened really carefully about the issues, was super fast and his kindness made me feel so comfortable. ....."
